Cylinder Maintenance 

The company has a government approved cylinder testing station as per the specification of The Gas Cylinder Rules, 2004. The company provides periodic testing and maintenance services in respect of high pressure gas cylinders as per statutory regulation prevailing in the country.  

           Analysis of gas samples

The plant has a laboratory fully equipped for the analysis of Carbon Dioxide, Argon, Nitrogen, Hydrogen etc. The following testing facilities are available in-house: 

• Gas Chromatograph for the detailed analysis of impurities like hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons & sulphur compounds in Carbon Dioxide.
• Automatic Dew-Point Meter directly imported from Shaw Moisture Meters (U.K) for the testing of moisture contents in any gas.

• Oxygen Analyzer for the detection of oxygen contents in the various gases.
• Binary analyzer for testing of mixture gases..

• Hydrogen purity meter forpurity testing of Hydrogen gas.
• Co2 purity meter for the purity testing of co2 gas.
