We have a well-equipped laboratory for testing the purity of CO2 as well as detection of impurities in CO2.

The laboratory instruments used by us are: -

  • Zahm & Nagel - CO2 purity tester
  • Buse - CO2 purity tester
  • Dew Point meter - Moisture tester
  • Drager - Contamination detection kit

Our Q.C. incharge is supported by a lab assistant. Regular checks are carried out on samples of CO2 taken from all critical points in our process.



Analysis of impurities in CO2 is an important function performed by us. We, at NMC, have a system of regular testing of impurities in our plant. 'Drager' make contamination detection kit is used for the purpose of analysis of impurities. Appropriate action is taken to rectify the quality of CO2 in case the impurities exceed the specified levels. We are also in the process of installing gas chromatograph at our plant for detailed gas analysis. The specification sheet of CO2 gas, our product, is attached alongwith.
